  • Check the interference, and prevent rotation
  • Correct the sleeve tightening
  • Study the shaft and housing precision
  • Preload in the axial direction
  • Tighten the raceway ring side face
  • Apply adhesive to the fitting surface
  • Apply a film of lubricant to the fitting surface
  • בדוק את ה Interference, ומנע הסתובבות.
  • תקן את הידוק השרוול .
  • למד את רמת הדיוק של הציר ובית המיסב.
  • צור קדם-עומס בכיוון הצירי.
  • הדק את פני צד טבעת המסילה.
  • שים מדבק למשטח המתאים.
  • שים מרווח של שמן/גריז למשטח המתאים.
Insufficient interference or loose fit Insufficient sleeve tightening



Interference בלתי מספיק או שחרור התאמה.

הידוק בלתי מספיק של השרוול.
Creep is the phenomenon in bearings where relative slippage occurs between fitting surfaces and thereby creates a clearance between them surface. Creep causes a shiny appearance, occasionally with Scoring or Wear.



סימני זחילה הן תופעה במיסבים בה מתרחשת החלקה יחסית בין המשטחים התואמים וכתוצאה מכך נוצרים מרווחים בין המשטחים. "זחילה" יוצרת מראה בוהק לפעמים בצירוף סימני חריצה.
