דרגות דיוק - Tolerance grades

רמת הדיוק של מימדי המיסב ורמת דיוק פעולת המיסב, מצוינות באמצעות התקן הבא:
(ISO 492 / 199 / 582 (Accuracies for Rolling Bearings
דיוק מימדי (מידת המיסב) – רמת הדיוק בהקשר להרכבת המיסב על הציר או בית-המיסב.
דיוק פעולה / הרצה – מציין את דרגת ה"זריקה" (runout) בעת פעולת הסיבוב.


  • P2: ISO Class 2 רמת-הדיוק הגבוהה ביותר -
  • P3: special class (dimensional accuracy: ISO Class 4;
    rotating accuracy: ISO Class 2)
  • P4: ISO Class 4
  • P5: ISO Class 5
  • P4Y: special accuracy (Bore diameter and outside diameter are exclusive to NSK.
    All others are ISO Class 4.)
  • PN7: special precision accuracy (for TAC Series)
  • P4A: ISO Class 4 except outer diameter
  • PN5D: standard accuracy (Equivalent to ISO Class 5 ;
    Bearing for ball screw TAC Series)
  • Class 6X: – normal class for tapered roller bearings

דרגות דיוק – בהתאם לסוג המיסב
